Internet, Phone and Mail Order sales only. Sorry we do not have a retail store front. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept checks and money orders for mail orders however there is a seven day delay for these items to clear our bank before we can ship. There is no delay for payments made with U.S. Postal money orders and credit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice and the most current prices will always be posted on our web site and shopping cart. All live goods are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. Any items that are dead or dying on arrival will either be replaced or refunded but you must notify us of a problem within 48 hours of receiving your order. All packages are insured.
If your package is lost and the tracking information confirms it was never delivered we will promptly refund your money. Although rare keep in mind that sometimes packages get delayed and do eventually get delivered so please allow at least 7 days maximum. We pack our plants so they can survive this length time in transit.
Any information you submit when you place an order will not be shared with (other than the U.S. Post Office and only to supply you with information about your order) or sold to any third parties and will not be used to spam you.
